An Invitation to Masonic Ladies' Weekends in venues from
Bournemouth, The South Coast and other locations

Each year, more and more Lodges decide to hold their Ladies' Weekends away from home and venture to the South Coast or other locations..

Festival Secretaries are confronted with a confusing array of hotels, Toastmasters, bands, ladies' gifts and so on. Much of their valued time is taken up trying to locate the above in order to make the evening a success. Festival Secretaries can now put all this behind them!!!

PERFECT WEEKEND are organisers of Masonic Ladies' Weekends at many Venues. We have a large portfolio of good quality three and four star hotels which all have en-suite facilities, TV, telephone, hairdryers and most have full leisure facilities.

PERFECT WEEKEND aim to relieve the Festival Secretary of the heavy work load involved in organising a Ladies' Weekend.

PERFECT WEEKEND will arrange to circulate all the membership with details of the weekend. They also print the full festival programme, so all the headaches of arranging the Ladies' Weekend are taken away from you.


Within the inclusive price for the whole weekend are place cards, table flowers, menu cards, ladies' gifts of good quality, a Toastmaster for the whole evening, music throughout dinner and a good dance band for your enjoyment.

Once the weekend has been agreed, the President and his Lady, along with the Festival Secretary and his Lady are invited to the hotel to finalise arrangements for the forthcoming weekend. This visit includes a complimentary overnight stay with table d'hôte dinner included at the hotel of your choice (not available over a Friday/Saturday night).
